Queen Halloween is a Celestial Star Spirit and one of the first three problem children of Little Garden.
Appearance[]
Queen Halloween is described as a beautiful, young woman with an appearance that perfectly matches her status as a personification of the sun. The book describes her as having long, silky blonde hair with blue and green Heterochromia eyes that reflected like jewels yet in the official color illustrations though she is shown to possess red eyes.
Personality[]
Queen Halloween possesses a mischievous, playful personality. It was once stated that Shiroyasha and Queen Halloween were like fire and ice, complete opposites. Alongside Shiroyasha and Algol, Queen Halloween was one of the original three Problem Children of Little Garden. And it shows in her first meeting with Saigou Homura. Sending him a letter via email, Queen summons Homura to Little Garden, but attaches a spell that when the email is opened, he would instantly be summoned and unable to read the contents till afterwords. It's also stated that she is the type of person to never let people forget their failures, especially humorous ones, as the mere thought of Queen finding out that Shiroyasha lost to kids was enough to send the Demon Lord into desperation and using her full power to annihilate everything.
Queen is a stickler for time, as she dislikes it when people are late to agreed times. According to Homura she has only allowed three people, including himself, to live because of it. Though she does seem to have a gentle side, as when she helped Homura calm down upon meeting him. Never once does she break her calm and collected compusure, retaining the dignity of what one might expect a Queen to have.
Relationships[]
Faceless - Queen Halloween's favorite knight, an endless source of playful torment for Queen.
Shiroyasha - As both are personifications of the sun and problem children themselves, neither seem to get along great. However Shiroyasha felt appalled at what might have happened if Queen Halloween caught wind that Shiroyasha lost to a bunch of children ([No Name]) and was close to using the power she currently had to prevent that.
Willa-the-Ignis-Fatuus - The two seem to be on good terms ever since Queen Halloween allowed Willa entrance to Little Garden. The two are close frineds and Queen Halloween has no problem lending Faceless to Willa's community [Will-O-Wisp].
Jack-O-Lantern - He is on good terms with Queen Halloween just as well as Willa.
Kudou Asuka - It is unclear what kind of relationship they have, but Asuka intedned to ask for Queen's assistance in traveling to worlds outside of Little Garden.
Sakamaki Izayoi - Queen's opinion on Izayoi is vague but the relationship they have is of acquaintances.
Saigou Homura - Queen Halloween is responsible for bringing Homura to Little Garden. She had a large interest in him given his destiny, and seems to enjoy pulling him around, as seen with her email and how she purposly mentioned his parents to spur him on into taking part in the Sun Authority War.
Kudou Ayato - Queen Halloween is responsible for bringing Ayato to Little Garden.
Ayazato Suzuka - Queen Halloween is responsible for bringing Suzuka to Little Garden.
Background[]
In the past it was said that Queen Halloween and Shiroyasha had a duel that ended with Queen's victory. As a result she obtained several Sun Authorities from Shiroyasha. This battle is implied to be the reason that there is day and night now and Shiroyasha went from being the Demon Lord of Endless Night to the Demon Lord of White Night.
Centuries later, Queen came across a unborn girl (Faceless) and took her in, having her train under Scathach to be one of her knights.
Part 1[]
While she did not appear in person during the events of volume one, she was influential in several events through her knight Faceless. Queen Halloween's power allowed the transportation of items or people from one world to the next. It was how Willa and Jack arrived into Little Garden and how Faceless was able to summon the headphones Kasukabe Yō owned. It is hinted that she was also responsible for the letters that brought the three problem children over. Towards the end of Volume 12, Asuka went to Queen Halloween to ask her to send her to different worlds to find the old [No Names].

Gifts and Abilities[]
As she is the personification of the sun for Celtic Myth, Queen Halloween possesses a few [Sun Authorities] and the ability to send people or objects to other worlds. She was even shown to be able to connect electromagnetic waves from one world to another, able to link a cellphone call between Homura and Izayoi despite them being in two different worlds.
